Appointment Reminders

-Both a text and email will be sent 3 days in advance before your appointment.

-Call 2)526-2261 OR Email michaelmotorcyclehair@gmail.com after receiving this reminder if you need to reschedule.

Cancellations

-You must give at least 48 hr. notice for any/all reschedules or appointment cancellations

-Less than 48hrs notice will be charged a $50 missed appointment fee

Reschedules

-We ask you keep reschedules to a minimum.

-1 reschedule is fine, 2nd reschedule incurs at $25 fee added to your service when you come in.

 Your appointments are very important and they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are needed periodically. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling appointments.

 Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and our clients who want that time miss the opportunity to receive services.

 Lateness

-Call us if you are more than 10 mins late to find out if you need to reschedule. Do NOT email.

-If you're 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, it’s very possible you’ll need to reschedule. 

Coming on time or 10-15 mins. early ensures the schedule runs smoothly & clients after you do not have to wait past their scheduled apt time.

Refunds

 -For all haircuts, color services or products we do not offer refunds. There is no exception.

-If there’s an issue with either (excluding product)—whether you’re a new/existing client, you must let us know & come back within the week that you had your service—to offer a free adjustment.

Outside that week, we can longer offer this complimentary. If this becomes a habit, we will suggest that you’d be happier with another provider.
